Our warm and friendly customer service agents are trained to meet, greet and assist our passengers with  efficiently checking in to their booked destination for travel via our contracted commercial airline providers and seasonal charters.

We provide luggage labeling, tendering extra care to infants, young person (YP’s), wheelchair and lift–on passengers as well as being charged with a level of security responsibility by ensuring pax are informed of the quantitative amount of liquids and prohibited items as per TSA Regulations, before passing through the security checkpoints and ensuring all pax bags are checked and scanned by our highly trained security personnel.

Additionally, our passenger service agents are the central communication hub for boarding calls, advising pax of boarding gates, connecting flights, flight delay, changes in boarding time or assigned boarding gate and wheelchair assistance, provides pax with an airline transfer and or accommodation & meals due to flight cancellation and delay, as well as assistance with lost baggage and left behind items on board the aircraft.
